Chip Brite Mini System

A new addition to the range, the patent pending Chip Bright Mini System utilizes ultrasonic technology, enabling quick, consistent and thorough chip cleaning. Launched in April 2012 the Mini System is ideal for casinos where floor space is at a premium.

Bulk loads of chips are cleaned, rinsed, and coated with an anti-slip solution and ready to go back to the tables in less than 30 minutes, allowing casinos’ to keep their chips in pristine condition without impacting operations.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

During the ultrasonic wash, a bulk load of chips are immersed in the cleaning solution by a submersible rotary basket. Millions of tiny bubbles are generated and propelled by the ultrasonic action to gently lift dirt from the chip surface without imparting damage to implanted sensors. The rotary basket enables the ultrasonic cleaning action to impact all chip surfaces and restore overall chip color and sharpness.

Appearance, Handling and Sanitation

The Chip Brite® Mini System eliminates dirt and grime, leaving behind attractive gaming chips. Gaming chips are handled daily by a large number of hands, ranging from the scrubbed, perfectly manicured to the filthy and poorly washed. Chips trap dirt and germs inside the crevices of the chip, affecting appearance, handling, and sanitation. Players often touch their fingers to their mouths during play.

Technology Solutions

CB-Z1 non-foaming cleaning solution was formulated to work with the cavitation bubbles to surround dirt particles & lift them from surface textures and recesses.

L6 Anti-Slip solution imparts the ‘feel’ players like while insuring their chip stacks do not slip and slide.

IV-7 is an antimicrobial disinfectant proven to kill viral, bacterial, and fungal pathogens when used as directed. The L6 and IV-7 solutions require peripheral tables and tanks to accommodate the subsequent rinsing and lustre dipping stages.
